We find that most users with this issue have created multiple accounts on Fantasy Football Fix with different email addresses. Before contacting us, please check to ensure you are logged into the account with the email address you used to make the purchase.


If you still cannot access the Premium features and have confirmed you have not created multiple accounts with different email addresses, please contact us. Provide the following information: the email address you used for the purchase, the method of payment (e.g., our website or app), and the date of the purchase.
