I have a billing issue.

If you have been double charged, please start by checking if you have created two user accounts on Fantasy Football Fix using two separate email addresses, as our software will create an account for each email used to log in.


Alternatively, you may have subscribed directly through PayPal and via card payment on our website. In this case, you will need to log into your PayPal account and cancel any duplicate subscriptions.


Finally, you may want to check if you have subscribed through our app using an in-app purchase on iOS or Android. You can view your iOS subscriptions as follows:


  1. Open your Settings app on your iOS device
  2. Click on the iTunes & App Store section
  3. Click on your Apple ID
  4. Click the View My Apple ID option
  5. Click on Subscriptions
  6. Click on fantasyfootballfix for FPL subscription

You can view your Android subscriptions as follows:


  1. Open your Google Play app
  2. Choose Subscriptions from the menu
  3. Choose fantasyfootballfix for FPL from the list

If you have subscribed using iOS or Android, you must request a refund from them directly as we are unable to process refunds on their behalf.
