- Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account associated with the card you are attempting to use for payment.
- Please ensure that all your card information and billing address provided matches the records your bank has on file.
- If you still encounter issues, please contact your bank, as the payment may need to be validated.
To update your payment information for accounts created using PayPal, Apple, or Android, you must log in to each of these accounts to make those changes.
If you are experiencing issues updating your payment method or completing a transaction using an international card outside of the UK, please contact your bank directly.
